ORDERING JEWELRY  
Only accepting orders from customers within the United States at this time
I accept email and telephone orders paid by personal check, money order or
cashier's check.  Use the form on the
Contact page to email me your order.  These
orders will ship once the check clears the bank.

Using the "Order" buttons and shopping cart on this website, you can order and pay
for purchases with a credit card using PayPal.  I have chosen to use PayPal because
they offer secure credit card processing that is safe, convenient and free to you.  
SHIPPING
Only shipping within the United States at this time
Shipping is handled through "Priority Mail" via the United States Postal Service, with
insurance and delivery confirmation included for a flat rate of $10 within the USA for
orders over $100.  For orders under $100, a flat rate of $5 will be charged. Items
ship within one week of payment confirmation, so please allow approximately 10-12
days for receipt of your purchase.  
SALES TAX
State sales tax of 7.25% will be added to all orders shipped within California.  I do
not collect sales tax for orders shipped out of the State of California; however, you
may be subject to a "use tax" for this purchase by your home state or a VAT tax by
your home country.  Please check with your tax professional.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that you may change your mind about a purchase after hitting the
"confirm order" button.  You may cancel an order for an item by sending me a written
cancellation request with full particulars about the order (order number, date, price,
item number, your name and address).  The written cancellation may be sent via
Contact form or the postal service.  You will receive a full refund of the purchase price
if I receive a cancellation request prior to shipping an item.  Once an item has been
shipped, please refer to the Return Policy below for further instructions.
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased for any reason, you may return it
for a full refund (shipping costs cannot be refunded).  Please call me before returning
the item to obtain a return authorization number.  The terms for returns are as
follows:
  1. item must be in original condition
  2. return must be postmarked within 20 days of date of purchase
  3. items must be returned in original packaging
  4. items must be shipped with insurance (any item lost in the mail will not be
    refunded)
  5. full refund will be issued within 10 days of return receipt of the item
  6. shipping charges cannot be refunded
QUALITY GUARANTEE
I guarantee that my work is free from any defects in craftsmanship.  The metal and
stones are true to the descriptions on the website and treatments (if any) are
disclosed to the best of my knowledge.  Gemstones are vulnerable to wear and
accidental damage, especially stones in rings, and are not covered by this guarantee
beyond the point of sale.  Should damage occur to a piece of jewelry that I created
due to normal wear and tear, I am happy to repair that piece of jewelry at my
current hourly rates for jewelry repair.
